Fair and transparent returns for quality products
We design Angarah products to last. If something isn't right, we aim to handle it fairly and transparently.
Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, or
- The product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or transit issue
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item supplied.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or visibly worn products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modification
