A solid steel flat plate designed to expand the TravX cooking surface beyond open-flame grilling.
Ideal for burgers, eggs, vegetables, seafood, and delicate foods, the flat plate delivers even heat distribution and controlled contact cooking. Its heavy-gauge steel construction retains heat effectively, making it suitable for high-temperature searing as well as slower cooks.
The plate replaces two standard TravX grates on the grill, allowing fast, tool-free transitions between grilling and flat-surface cooking.
Safety Note: Use the dedicated lifter when swapping the flat plate during or after cooking, and allow the surface to cool fully before handling or packing.
